An OSHA inspection is still a possibility despite conservative federal agency administration. “It is still likely if you sustain a reportable injury or your experience is over the national average,” said Rhodes. “Employee complaints have triggered inspections at many companies in the U.S.” This webinar will review the step-by-step process of an inspection and review your rights as an employer in the process. (This is NOT the OSHA Top Ten Most Frequently Cited Webinar) The discussion will focus on Federal inspections. Some of the information is very similar for state-run OSHA programs. Resources will be provided for further information and certificates of attendance will be provided for those who request them.
